Laura Kirby is a former founding member of Yelp and former leader at PCA SKIN, where she built national sales training programs, educated inside and outside sales teams, partnered with entrepreneurs and multi-location practices, and served as a bridge between product development, clinical education, and customer experience. She co-founded Elysian Head Spa with a passion for solving operational challenges, building authentic teams, and creating meaningful guest experiences. Laura believes exceptional businesses are built through thoughtful systems, genuine care, and sustainable growth.
